Planning for your photoshoot
We collaborate to create a custom experience that fits your needs. During our initial call, we will discuss:
- How you will be using images
- The type of shoot:
- Studio: Styled or white background shots that make your products, food, or beverages pop.
- Environmental: On-location photos of your products, foods, or beverages, including context that expands your brand personality.
- Your brand personality
- Deliverables and timeline
- Use and licensing

Time to shine
Every shoot has specific needs or challenges. But here’s how most shoots work.
For on-location shoots, I meet you 30 minutes before we start shooting for setup and scouting. In this brief meeting, you can update me on any last-minute changes or shot list updates.
I shoot your products either in my studio or on location meeting the parameters we set in our pre-shoot meeting.
How it works
Final touches and delivery
I’ll review and share the images within 2 business days of our shoot. You will select the agreed-upon number of images, and I will edit those selections and send them back to you for a final review.
I deliver full-size JPG files within 5 business days of your shoot. I can compress the images for an additional fee.
I require 50% payment by the day of the shoot. You’ll pay the remainder upon delivery of the final images.

I’m flexible and open to communicating based on your preferences. Email, phone, text, or conference calls are all options.

Absolutely! I aim to enhance your marketing efforts by delivering visually engaging content that resonates with your audience and helps you stand out. I’m happy to build images that show what makes your product, food, beverage, or service special.
What are your rates?
In-studio shoots are billed by the project. Pricing depends on the scope of each project. Contact me for a quote.
Typically, on-location shoots are billed by the hour. My hourly rate is $300 per hour I’m on location. There are no additional pre-planning, communication, editing, and processing charges. I have a $500 minimum for most shoots.
For shoots lasting longer than 4 hours, I bill a day rate of $1,250. Days are limited to 6 hours on location unless otherwise discussed.
Project-based pricing is an option for specific jobs. Depending on the location, there may be additional charges for travel expenses.
Do you offer video services?
I collaborate with several video producers in Seattle. If you have a video project don't hesitate to reach out!
