We collaborate to create a custom experience that fits your needs. During our initial call, we will discuss:
- The purpose and goals of your shoot

Every shoot has specific needs or challenges. But here’s how most shoots work.
I meet you on location 30 minutes before we start shooting for setup and scouting. In this brief meeting, you can update me on any last-minute changes or shot list updates.
We work together to create images that tell a story, elevate your brand, and serve a purpose.
How it works
Final touches and delivery
I’ll review and share the images within 2 business days of our shoot. You will select the agreed-upon number of images, and I will edit those selections and send them back for a final review.
I deliver high-resolution JPG files within 5 business days of your shoot. I can compress the images for an additional fee.
I require 50% payment by the day of the shoot. You’ll pay the remainder upon delivery of the final images.

What's your preferred method of communication?
I’m flexible and open to communicating based on your preferences. Email, phone, text, or conference calls are all options.
How do you ensure the images align with our brand identity?
I consider brand photography a collaborative process. In our initial consultation, we discuss your brand's personality, goals, and the purpose of your shoot. This ensures that the final images resonate with your unique identity.
What are your rates?
Typically, on-location shoots are billed by the hour. My hourly rate is $300 per hour I’m on location. There are no additional pre-planning, communication, editing, and processing charges. I have a $500 minimum for most shoots.
For shoots lasting longer than 4 hours, I bill a day rate of $1,250. Days are limited to 6 hours on location unless otherwise discussed.
Project-based pricing is an option for specific jobs. Depending on the location, there may be additional charges for travel expenses.
Can you accommodate on-location shoots for my business in Seattle?
Absolutely! On-location shoots capture your products or team in action, providing a dynamic and authentic representation of your brand.
I do offer both studio and environmental photography for portrait and product shoots.
Do you offer video services?
I collaborate with several video producers in Seattle. If you have a video project, don't hesitate to reach out!
What kinds of clients do you work with

How many photos do you produce?
I meet your needs. Before your shoot, we will create a shot list that includes the exact branding opportunities you need. I aim to exceed the number of photos we agreed upon and provide as many unique quality shots as possible.
For most shoots, I produce 20-25 unique images.
